With a combined capacity of almost 1,000 delegates, our 11 function rooms offer something unique for your corporate event. Eight of our function rooms are located within Etruria Hall, while the remaining three can be found within the main hotel.

Bentley Room
This ground-floor room is one of the largest available. Benefitting from natural light and beautiful views over the gardens, this room can be arranged in eight different ways and is ideal for larger meetings and conferences.
Included: Two double 13 amp sockets, Light controls, Up to 100 delegates
Brindley Room
This ground-floor room can cater for up to 45 delegates theatre-style, making it ideal for presentations and training. It also has its own private foyer area, which would make a perfect reception room or breakout area.

Earl of Granville
This large, first-floor room is located in our events centre and is flexible enough to accommodate eight layouts. With plenty of natural light and room for 50 guests classroom-style, it’s perfect for workshops and training sessions.
Included: Five 13 amp sockets, Telephone point, Light and volume controls, Up to 100 delegates
Prince of Wales
The Prince of Wales Suite is perfect for smaller meetings and can hold 20 delegates boardroom-style. If you're holding an intimate training session or presentation, this room can host 25 delegates theatre-style, or 20 delegates classroom-style.

Wells Room
With air conditioning, plenty of natural light, and eight different layouts available, this first-floor room is perfect for meetings and conferences. This flexible space can host 50 delegates classroom-style, perfect for breakout sessions.

Adams Room
The Adams Suite, which was once Josiah Wedgwood's former study, is the ideal venue for an executive board meeting. This space can be arranged in three different ways for a number of events, including corporate dinners.
Included: Three telephone points, Light and volume controls, Temperature controls, Up to 8 delegates
Executive Training Room
With specialist AV facilities, air conditioning, and plenty of natural light, this versatile space is just right for larger meetings and conferences and is able to cater for up to 50 delegates for presentations when arranged theatre-style.

Stubbs Room
This intimate venue is great for smaller events, and benefits from natural light, air conditioning and AV facilities. This space can be arranged in two different ways for a number of events, including meetings, interviews and presentations.
Included: Two 13 amp sockets, Telephone point, Up to 10 delegates
Ballroom
Comprised of the Maypole and Elizabethan Rooms, this space is the largest conference suite available and is situated in the main hotel. The room has its own private bar and can be divided into two sections for smaller events if necessary.
Included: Fifteen 13 amp sockets, Three-phase electricity points, Microphone points, Up to 450 delegates
Maypole Room
A large space perfect for breakout groups, this room is created when the Ballroom is divided in half. With plenty of natural lighting and various AV facilities, it’s great for conferences and presentations, and can seat up to 250 guests theatre-style.

Elizabethan Room
This large, well-equipped space is created when the Ballroom is divided in half and is perfect for events requiring breakout space. With various AV facilities, it’s also perfect for conferences and presentations, and can seat up to 250 guests theatre-style.
